I work best with people who are curious and ready to engage in an art therapeutic process and who are open to use their creative potentiel as a tool. No need to have skills in art!

F.A.Q.
1 / Who can benefit from art therapy?
Everyone can benefit from art therapy. Wether you are a child, a teen, an adult, or an elder, everyone has the capacity to be creative, and I truly believe that this can be helpful when you're entering a healing journey with yourself.
2 / I'm not good at art. Can I still benefit from art therapy?
Absolutely! You don't need to have any skills prior to starting art therapy. Art mediums are used to express yourself beyond words, not to create a "beautiful" artwork. What matters the most is the creative process rather than the final result.
3 / Will the art therapist interpret my creations?
No. I believe that the individual is the best person to know what makes sense and is significant to them. It's sometimes difficult to know what speaks to us. The art therapist’s role is to make sure the space remains secure enough to allow what comes up to be expressed without judgment. Rather than interpreting the artworks, the art therapist can guide, make suggestions, and reflect the creative process.
4 / What should I expect in an art therapy session?
The first sessions are designed to get to know each other, explore your needs, and familiarize yourself with the environment, materials, and art therapy modality.
The following sessions aim to provide personalized support by proposing art therapy interventions adapted to the individual's needs and rythm.
5 / How long does art therapy follow-up last?
The duration of therapy varies for each individual and depends on several factors, including what you want to get out of these sessions. It can last a few sessions or it can spread over several months. Everyone is free to stop therapy when they want.
